Debby Magnuson is an executive coach, career counselor, speaker and leadership development facilitator. She is a recognized expert in managing generational differences and co-author of the book, Work With Me: A New Lens on Leading the Multigenerational Workforce. As a certified coach, Debby works with clients to assess their skills and strengths, clarify career goals, create personal marketing strategies, and make “best fit” career moves. She coaches clients on personal branding and online image in addition to talent management strategies, career management, and team leadership. As a leadership development professional, Debby is passionate about creating outcome-oriented individual and group learning experiences that result in people moving forward with energy and positive action in their lives and careers.

Before joining CPI, Debby was Sr. Consultant in Leadership Development for Personnel Decisions International (PDI), where she worked with corporate leadership teams at all levels on a wide variety of development topics. In addition to her leadership and career work, Debby has over 20 years experience in business as a corporate sales and management training specialist. She was with Dayton’s, Marshall Field’s and Target for 17 years. Debby currently serves as adjunct faculty in St. Catherine University’s (St. Paul) Masters in Organizational Leadership program where she teaches Professional and Organizational Ethics, and is an instructor in St. Kate’s Leadership Institute.
