Irene is a Consultant with Career Partners where
she consults one-on-one with clients going through career transition,
works with individuals on career development issues, teaches classes,
and facilitates workshops on job-related topics. She assists clients
in dealing with the emotional components of job loss and uses various
tools including career assessment to enhance the career transition process.
She specializes in resume development and acts as a resource to both
clients and staff on resume issues.

Background
Irene has been with Career Partners, formerly Personnel
Decisions International, for 18 years. She hold a teaching degree from
the University of North Dakota and a Master’s Degree in Counseling/Psychology
from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She is a qualified administrator
of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator through the Center for Applications
of Psychological Type.
She received the PDI Chairman Award in 2005 in recognition
of exemplary contributions to the company. She has been an adjunct faculty
instructor at St. Paul College and is an active Board of Trustees Member
of the Minnesota Career Development Association.
