Background
Tamara has 18 years of combined work experience as
a career consultant, assessment specialist, management development and
family business consultant, therapist/career counselor, outplacement
consultant, and human resources generalist. Prior to joining Career
Partners, she worked for two human resource consulting firms including
Personnel Decisions International and RSM McGladrey, Inc.
Her human resources background provided her with experience in recruitment
and selection, employee relations, and training and development. Working
for a national retailer, she developed and conducted nation-wide training
workshops covering team building, interpersonal communication, problem
solving, performance management, constructive discipline, and employee
coaching.
Tamara is licensed as a Psychologist in the state of Minnesota. She
earned a Master of Science degree in Psychology from St. Louis University
and has completed considerable postgraduate education in organizational
psychology. She has been trained in the use of a wide variety of assessment
tools. She is a member of the Minnesota Psychological Association.
