The CareerPerspectives Kaleidoscope

Career Partner’s CareerPerspectives workshop is a group program for individual career development. The program reinforces the concept of individual responsibility for career management. Participation results in a more productive, resilient, and committed work force, able to navigate organizational change.

The CareerPerspectives workshop can be delivered in five consecutive modules, or each module can be presented separately for scheduling convenience. Train-the-trainer certification for internal presentation is available, with licensing for use of proprietary materials.
