An Executive Coaching Experience for Women
What is this coaching experience?
Sharpening Your Professional Edge
is an Executive Coaching experience for women. This experience will
be limited to a group of 12 women leaders who will be sponsored by their
organizations for a significant development opportunity. CPI is targeting
a Fall 2008 Kickoff for this experience.
Who should attend?
Women leaders who have significant decision making responsibility, run
a significant portion of a business or functional area, are expected
to contribute to the business strategy, and have the ability to influence
other leaders in the organization. Only one participant from an industry
segment will be able to participate in the coaching experience to maximize
the impact of the experience and assure confidentiality.
What is the format?
We begin with an in-depth assessment for each participant. This assessment
will provide the necessary insights to help participants leverage their
strengths and understand their less developed competencies that are
critical for leadership success. The coaching experience will include:

12 women leaders from non-competing organizations

Assessment and reflection

Monthly (half day sessions) for eight months

Two-hour individual coaching session each month

What is the cost of the coaching program?
The eight-month program is $10,300 and is a significant development
opportunity that would be appropriate for current leaders.
Who are the co-leaders of the program?
Patricia Berg, CEO of Career Partners International, Professional
Edge and Carol Curoe, President of the Langlee Group will co-lead
this program and provide the coaching to participants.
Both Patricia and Carol have a passion for developing women leaders
and are committed to having this be a significant development opportunity
for the participants of Sharpening Your
