Consulting

Coaching
To support employee retention, Career Partners provides individual coaching services. Through assessment and
feedback, participants gather information regarding style, values,
interests, and skills to gain insight for career decision making.
Armed with new information about oneself, and in concert with a career
coach, the process of identifying options begins. To enhance decision
making and development, the participant may engage in discussions
with boss, mentors, human resources, or other stakeholders in the
process. Our coaching services provide a professional intervention
for the individual and the corporation.
