Creating Trust in Organizations and Teams focuses on the enterprise-wide value of trust.   Starting with pre-session reading and a trust self-assessment, this course explores leading in the context of trust.  It includes best practices for strengthening trust within an organizational culture.  Learners discuss the high business cost of low trust, and how to “unpack” trust so that it’s more than just a black and white issue.  Case studies create practice opportunities and follow-up assignments ensure application of new insights and skills on the job.
